We all have people who are dear to us and whom we love, but I bet you often forget to love yourself just as much. Am I right?
Believe me, I’ve been there. I love my family and friends to death, I want to take care of them and I do everything I can to make sure they’re fine. But honestly, I don’t always look after myself the same way.
The truth is we should all make it a priority to love and take care of ourselves. We owe it to the people who care about us, and we owe it to ourselves.
Loving yourself is one of the most challenging journeys we’ll ever have to undertake, and that’s why I would like to a few quotes to inspire you on this journey.
I think the best “self love” is developing good habits that will keep our bodies, minds and spirits healthy and strong!

I am a Body Image Movement Global Ambassador and at almost 60 it saddens me to think that women still can’t look at themselves objectively and see how beautiful they really are. Love the quotes and it is so important to keep sending this positive body image message to all women of all ages. Blogger’s PitStop

Very true. Being beautiful is a lot about loving ourselves, not just conforming to a set of beauty standards.
