1. Cereal
Cereal is not REAL food, it is a food product. Breakfast cereals are filled with GMO’s (yes, even the cereals that claim to be “healthy”). GMO’s in our food supply are causing increased allergies, digestive problems,  liver problems, issues with fertility (even sterility), and much more.

Cereal is made in a process called extrusion.
