So, we’ve heard it enough times… ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day’…  And I must say, I am a big preacher of making sure you get a good and nutritious breakfast down you first thing in the morning, and here’s why.

  1. People who eat breakfast are generally healthier overall and keep the weight off

There seems to be this huge misconception that by not eating breakfast you are saving daily calories… But this isn’t necessarily the case. This is because when you eat a healthy breakfast in the morning, you are regulating your blood sugar levels. When you don’t eat breakfast in the morning, you will most likely find that you get will hungry much more quickly and frequently throughout the day because your stomach is empty from the morning.

People who skip breakfasts are therefore more likely to overeat throughout the day than someone who has started…
