Strength is not just physical, it’s also spiritual.
In fact, during most of our lives, we’ll probably need more spiritual strength than physical strength.
Whenever you train your muscles or your spirit to work harder than your limits, you develop more strength. Your muscles get stronger, and so does your spirit.
That’s why every day, we have to do something that takes us beyond our perceived limits, something that scares us, something that is hard. This is what will make our body and our spirit strong.
This week, I will train my body and my mind to go beyond my limits. Will you?
Fabulous quote !

Hey Fabi
Great quote. I have always found that anything you want comes from inner strength first. Getting over that negative chatter in our minds that tells us we can’t or not today or that’s enough. Once we get a positive mind set we certainly have the potential to excel.
I have always struggled with exercise until I decided upon a twenty minute regime. Its not going to get me tight abs or worked biceps, but I will do it rather than avoid it. Thanks for the reminder.
Rachel.

The negative chatter is so difficult to get over! I think it’s even harder than any physical challenge. The negative chatter kept me away from exercise for years, until I finally mustered the strength to stop it. Congrats for taking on a workout routine. I think you’re a winner just for doing it already.

Hi Fabi, what a wonderful quote and so true. We often don’t know how strong we are until we’re faced with insurmountable challenges. For me it’s Zumba and dance that relieves stress.

Yea I have a quote to share. I got the point we need both ends of of strength, spiritual and physical.
Sometimes you’re trying so hard to get your life together and still it’s not enough, everything is falling apart. What to do, you’re asking. Just keep going through hell for yourself, not for everyone else. Richer with that wisdom, I will build my happiness from nothing. I will rise from the dust. And I will do it on my own. I will live for myself and I won’t look at the others.
Thanks.
